For more information, visit .Position Summary:The Purchasing Card (P-Card) & Travel & Expenses (T&E) Associate at NIQ, will be part of the Finance Operations - within our Accounts Payable Service Delivery Leadership team, reporting directly to the P-Cards & T&E Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of the travel and expense reimbursement process, along with managing our company's P-Card program. With a focus on compliance with company policies and procedures, you will deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve executing day-to-day operations for your assigned portfolio, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.Key Responsibilities:T&E and P-Card Management: Administer day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with NIQ's policies. Execute the end-to-end process for travel and expense reimbursement using the Concur T&E system and manage the company's P-Card program, including card issuance and spending limits.Stakeholder Support and Training: Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders for T&E and P-Card queries, providing timely assistance. Offer training on T&E reporting and P-Card usage to ensure policy understanding. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal functions.Policy Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor transactions and reports for policy adherence, handling escalations and resolving complex issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and applicable tax and regulatory requirements.Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of process improvements, optimizing the efficiency and accuracy of T&E and P-Card operations. Maintain best-in-class processes and keep abreast of emerging developments.Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and distribute reports on T&E expenditures and P-Card usage to support management decisions. Generate regular reports to track spending trends and conduct T&E audits.Vendor and Program Management: Manage relationships with service providers, travel agencies, vendors, and card issuers, resolving issues and disputes. Collaborate with procurement to optimize the P-Card program and understand vendor agreements.Month End Procedures: Support month-end closing activities for T&E, ensuring timely payments to AMEX and accurate reconciliation of T&E-related general ledger accounts in accordance with NIQ policies.Risk Management and Compliance: Monitor for compliance with all local and international regulations governing T&E and P-Card transactions. Prevent double booking and duplicate payments and ensure best application of policies through continuous governance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, with specific focus on T&E and/or P-Card management.Understanding of T&E and P-Card Processes: Familiarity with the operational aspects of travel and expense reporting and purchasing cards.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial transactions and reports.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively assisting and guiding internal stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing financial data and compliance monitoring.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.Technology Skills: Competence in using Concur and systems relevant to T&E and P-Card management, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Additional InformationOur BenefitsAt NIQ, we're dedicated to providing more than just a job-we offer you the opportunity to own your story.
