Work Location: Mumbai, Thane, Olympus Shift: Comfortable to work in 24.7 environment (including night shifts). :- Project Co-Ordinator : 2+ years related experience with technology installation, implementation, support or customer service Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Provide implementation assistance to clients preparing for installation of hospitality technology services and interfaces. Manage the customer experience towards high levels of satisfaction Maintains relationship with outside vendors to coordinate resolutions to clients for hardware, software, and interfaces. Works with franchise general managers to monitor progress of hotel staff. Proficient in a Windows environment Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience in Salesforce and with internet browsers such as Google Chrome Desired Candidate Profile BACHELOR OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT
