Were making the lives of people who travel easier and more enjoyable while constantly developing new, intelligent mobility solutions!We are looking for T&C Manager - CBTCYoull make a difference by\xc2\xb7 Set up the planning for testing and commissioning based on the contract, the planned efforts and available time and resources and update the same in accordance with the site requirements.\xc2\xb7 Develop work packages in accordance with the overall planning.\xc2\xb7 Participate in project meetings and customer meetings in coordination with the project management.\xc2\xb7 Develop the commissioning plan and plan tools & instruments as required and deploy the same.\xc2\xb7 Plan for the offshore support from the head quarter as required by the contract for the delegation of the offshore resources. Also plans the process of reporting the failure reporting, reports and the process of rectification.\xc2\xb7 Carryout the tests in accordance with the requirement and plan for the acceptance tests and ensure smooth handover of the systems.\xc2\xb7 The Test and Commissioning Manager is responsible for organization and monitoring the\xc2\xb7 T&C activities on site including resource management & deployment of the same.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and monitor the integration and test of all subsystem software and the delivery of initial SW packages and SW updates, ensuring that the internal regulations for SW integration, test and delivery are fulfilled.\xc2\xb7 Organize meetings for the corresponding subprojects when required, ensuring that the correct participants are informed and an appropriate agenda and relevant documentation is distributed in advance, and that minutes of meetings are produced and distributed.\xc2\xb7 Integrate the system smoothly into overall public operation.\xc2\xb7 Verify, accept and document the works by the customer or other parties which are a prerequisite for our T&C activities.\xc2\xb7 Coordination of the development of checklists for all tests to be carried out. Actively participate and drive the Rolling stock related interface & ATS related interfaces with both Rolling Stock & Telecom.\xc2\xb7 Monitor overall CBTC signaling system integration test.\xc2\xb7 Reports progress and/or problems to the Project Management in a timely manner.Desired Skills:\xc2\xb7 BE in computers/Electronics/ Electrical engineering with 8+ years of experience.
