Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Purpose of the Job/Objective Carry out the test of trains in accordance with the testing procedure and as per the delivery schedule Position in the Organisation Organisation Reporting Hierarchical Reporting : Serial Tests EPU manager Operational Reporting : Project T&C Manager, Train Manager Network & Links T&C : Project T&C Manager, Test Engineering Technician, Train Manager Project : Engineering team Industrial : Manufacturing team Industrial Quality : Industrial Quality Technician Sourcing : Suppliers technicians External Interface : External Customers Mission KPI Measurment : CONQ (external to testing) EHS: Zero Fatality and Severe Injuries CONQ (internal to Testing) Productivity Lead Time Customer acceptance before commissioning Responsibilities Understand in detail the Acceptance Criteria of the customer for the Project/Product. Carry out the systematic Hand Over from Manufacturing. Respect with rigour the test procedures. Manage the repair of failures as soon as they appear. Trace with precision and rigour each failure. In case of unsolved deviations, escalate to the EPU test Manager. Propose improvement of the process. Work in a team spirit and transparency with its shift and the other shift. Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with : Test Engineering Technician, Industrial Quality. Escalate any non up-to-date testing tools. Should be aware of their KPI\'s and and performance on the repective KPI\'s. Complies with EHS procedures. Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents. Lead Test Technician Project test technician : he is the main test interface for a specific project. Validation test technician : perform validation test. Team leader : coordinates its shift regarding the SQCD, makes the shift report. Train Manager : see corresponding Job Desc. Test Engineering Technician : see corresponding Job Desc.
