They are responsible for managing all aspects of thee company\'s tax compliance and planning, including the preparation of tax returns, the analysis of tax implications of transactions, and the implementation of tax strategies. They must be knowledgeable of all tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements, and be able to provide sound advice to the company on tax-related matters.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor taxation laws, rules, and regulations and provide advice to management on their implications.
• Prepare and file quarterly, annual, and other reports required by the relevant taxation authorities.
• Manage the company\'s tax compliance and planning processes.

• Represent the company in all tax-related matters.
• Negotiate with the relevant tax authorities to resolve disputes.
