Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Taxation Manager to join our team at R S Patel & Co. As a Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and optimizing our tax strategies. This is a mid-level position requiring 5 to 6 years of experience in taxation. The job is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualification : CA

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Candidate profile :

CA canidate having minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct Tax field.

Experience of appearing before IT dept. in person will be an added advantage.

Good English communication - Written & Verbal.

Continuous updation of academics in terms of judicial pronouncement and updates in the field of Direct Tax

Roles and Responsibilities

• Past experience in Tax division of CA firm or Industry. Preference will be given to candidate from CA profession.
• Review of Corporate Income tax returns,
• Review of replies for scrutiny assessment, Rectification of mistakes, TDS replies,
• Prepartion of Appeals and apperance before CIT(A) & ITAT
• Client consultation related to Tax planning & its related advisory
• Experience of International Taxation.
• Preparation of various agreements
• Will be part of Transaction advisory team
