Work you\'ll do As a Manager in our Tax team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhering to clients\' GST compliance timelines as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide GST services to a range of clients working closely with multidisciplinary tax teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out comprehensive GST incidence reviews for the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform GST reviews as part of Internal Audit engagements \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist internal and external contacts on GST related queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with the department for obtaining approvals, registrations, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping with audits or investigation by the tax authorities \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete identified number of GST returns on a timely basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation, filing and processing of refunds \xe2\x80\xa2 Address all queries raised in respect of GST returns submitted and liaise with line Managers accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the implementation of recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform GST audits \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive research on various critical aspects of GST Laws. \xe2\x80\xa2 Benchmarking against industry preferred practice to identify new ways of helping to reduce GST incidence and capturing permanent cash flow benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Research technical issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Rendering business advisory services to clients under GST Laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in planning, developing and implementing GST strategies to optimize tax incidence \xe2\x80\xa2 Dealing with technical enquiries relating to GST Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 CA with 8-10 years Experience in Indirect Taxation \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and presentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 People\'s person \xe2\x80\xa2 Persistent and persuasive Tax Indirect Tax | Manager Your role as a leader At Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
