• Deliver a full range of tax services for Partnerships and Corporations (including S Corps), ensuring compliance with U.S. tax laws
• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for clients
• Identify tax issues and develop innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes
• Mentor and develop staff and senior team members, providing training on technical tax topics

What We Look For:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field
• 5+ years of U.S./Global taxation experience
• CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent certification required
• Proven experience managing PCS clients (small & medium-sized businesses, Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

Work Model:

• Hybrid (4 days per week in-office, Monday & Friday required)
• Full-time
• Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
