The role will primarily be responsible for the preparation, review, and timely filing of U.S. federal and state returns, including Form 1120 and Form 5471 filings. (JD)

• Prepare and review U.S. federal pro forma and consolidated returns by obtaining and analyzing applicable financial data and completing required forms.
• Prepare and review U.S. federal compliance for foreign companies, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
• Prepare and review state and local income and franchise tax returns by obtaining and analyzing applicable financial data, preparing state allocation and apportionment schedules, and completing required forms.
• Prepare and review calculation of quarterly tax estimates for U.S. federal, state, and local and franchise tax purposes.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing financial data for purposes of calculating the quarterly and year-end income tax provisions.
• Initiate and assist in the implementation of departmental process improvements.

Job Specification: (Education, Training and Experience)

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience in handling International (U.S.) Taxation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Highly competent in written and verbal communication of financial information and tax law to both accounting and non-accounting personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to interact and work cooperatively with peers and supervisors within and outside of the department.
• Able to work independently and handle Team to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments; working additional hours as required to meet deadlines.

• Experience with Big 4 experience a plus.
• Experience with tax compliance software (Corptax), tax research software, and HFM (Hyperion) software and related xe2x80x9cretrievexe2x80x9d a plus.
