You must also maintain continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. So, what is it we\'re looking for? Well since this is a manager role we need someone with the experience to even call themselves one. So we need someone who has at least 5 years of similar or related experience. We also need someone who has at least 3 years of event management experience and has experienced relocation projects both inbound and outbound for expats. What else? We also need someone who has experience in working with foreign nationals, someone with experience in travel accounts or travel agencies, and someone with experience in the hospitality industry.
Now let\'s get technical. We need someone who has knowledge in in travel arrangements (i.e hotel bookings, airline bookings both international and domestic), someone who has excellent skills in maintaining administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
We also need someone who is excellent when it comes to accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Someone who\'s excellent in maintaining continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Lastly, we need someone who\'s excellent in maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
