You will help drive the growth and ongoing management of the TAS client portfolio in India and Asia. You will be responsible for Client service management and providing support towards expanding TAS Sales efforts in the region for TAS products, with a specific focus on executing across key growth initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

• As a part of a Client Management & Sales Support team, to manage a portfolio of TAS mandates including (but not limited to) the following products: 1) Depositary receipts (DR), 2) Escrow and 3) Syndicated Loans & Debt financing.
• Supporting the ongoing relationship management of our client base with regards corporate actions and contract renewals, periodic account updates
• Handle client inquiries and provide clarification and follow up with our client base.
• Assist on the required client KYC due diligence, regulatory controls and reporting functions, maintaining internal database for Client Services management
• Input and update client management and deal tracking systems in MIS, support Global DR team and regional TAS team
• Assist and coordinate internally and externally for client events and seminars, develop network of local market intermediary contacts (law firms, IR firms etc)
• Participate in documentation review and deal execution in accordance with agreed procedures and policies together with TMG, internal or external legal counsel.
• Ongoing transaction monitoring including all covenants & milestones as per documentation
• To provide Sales Coverage Support to the Senior Salespersons in their sales and client facing activities with an objective of winning new businesses including the entire sales process from pre-pitching preparation, client meetings/calls, post-mandate internal sales administration tasks to post-closing sales coordination activities
• To assist in day-to-day tasks such as deal logging, sales data system inputs, management reporting, deal sheet preparation, analyzing client and market data, preparing presentation materials
• Work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks.
• Working and coordinating effectively with other team members within TAS in the areas of KYC, Client Servicing, Transaction Management and Product Management to gather information, direct client enquiries and complete the internal sales administration/coordination tasks.

Your skills and experience

• Relevant experience, preferably gained in a leading financial institution and/or corporate; Equity Capital Markets / Depositary Receipts / Debt Capital Market / Agency services experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate clearly to an executive audience and present on a variety of topics to senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
• The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of a team as well as individually.
• A passion and enthusiasm for relationship management with a focus on enriching the client experience.
• Sound knowledge of international capital market, trust, agency or custody services, and general transaction banking products
• Willing to Travel
• Client service experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, strong data analytics and PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the risk control and compliance frameworks required in banking industry.
