Your Key Responsibilities:
Address Client Contact and ACO details requirements of CLM ME team for Managed Exit Outreach.
Enable feedback from ACOs for Business view and approvals for ME files in progress of review.
Work with the TAS business team and other internal stakeholders to understand scope of client selection for client off-boarding from dbCAR and all Downstream Systems (DSS)
Coordinate with each Region in identifying client off-board requirements as per banks Operating Procedures and guidelines from time to time.
Work closely with Operations team to check Position & Accounts for all DSS and escalate any open account to TAS business team and get confirmation to close all accounts to move ahead with client off-boarding process meeting defined Service Level Agreement.
Responsible for getting the client inactivation successfully completed working with dbCAR/Operations team to meet monthly expected target for completion.
Address Client Contact and ACO details requirements of CLM ME team for Managed Exit Outreach.
Update CLM Offboard system to reflect the off-boarding lifecycle stages to meet each stages SLE timelines.
Reconcile DCMS and dbCAR data using DUCO system as per KOD procedures and send email to Client Services/KYC teams for their action to resolve the breaks to maintain the clients reconciled between dbCAR and DCMS.
Your skills and experience
Desired background: MBA with experience in Financial Services
Proficiency in other MS office tools such as Excel, Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in conducting and driving meetings with senior stakeholders and global teams
A willingness to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and tasks, with an ability to manage a high workload, work independently and plan your work to meet deadlines
An eye for detail, identify data discrepancies and exceptional problem-solving skills
