The Role: Tanium Platform Operations Lead

The Team: We are seeking an experienced Tanium administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage, scale, and ensure the reliability of our infrastructure across multiple operating systems and spanning multi cloud, on prem and VMC. Your commitment to automation, proficiency in Tanium, and deep understanding of vulnerability remediation will be integral to the stability, efficiency, and security of our services.

Responsibilities:

Implementation and management of Tanium unified endpoint management in a large enterprise environment.

Drive improvement of patching and vulnerability remediation completion rates.

Responsible for platform health, redundancy, updates, documentation, and audit.

Support key service processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Release Management, ensuring that they are effective and efficient through data analysis to support continual service improvement and governance.

Works within defined guidelines and policies, this role will also identify issues and provide input on proposed changes to enhance effectiveness of service reporting.

Be responsible for continuous improvement by collaborating with the wider IT functional teams to identify, prioritize, and create analytical capabilities, service Insights and service metrics.

What We\'re Looking For:

Computer Science, MTech or equivalent.

Strong problem-solving skills and goal driven.

Experience working with outsourcing partners.

Experience with Cloud Technologies, AWS Preferred.

Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Communication - Fluent in English speaking and writing.
