Chef
(Pizza/Pasta or Indian/Noodles/Chilli Potato)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes from scratch, specializing in either:
- Pizza, pasta, and other Italian cuisine alongwith knowledge of Bakery or Chinese or Indian Cooking
- Indian food and can also prepare Noodles, chilli potato and other street food
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
3. Handle ingredients and equipment efficiently to minimize waste and optimize food production
4. Understand and execute recipes accurately, adhering to established portion sizes and presentation standards
5. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service
6. Assist with kitchen prep work, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
7. Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
8. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and handling complaints professionally
9. Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and management
10. Adhere to a flexible work schedule from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a weekly off day
--Qualifications:--
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary experience of at least 2 years in a professional kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of either Italian or street food cuisine
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious dishes
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
