Preparation of Chinese orders in efficient manner with quality and taste in mind.
Prepare and maintain SOP of each dish in the Indian department in consultation with manager.
Maintain the food cost of the Chinese Department within the required limit.
Take charge of cleanliness and maintaining equipment and kitchen area.
Job requirement:
Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the Chinese Department.
Candidate should have knowledge about preparation and costing of all major chinese and oriental dishes.
