: We are seeking a skilled Tandoor Cook to join our team. As a Tandoor Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using a tandoor oven. Your duties will include marinating meats and vegetables, operating the tandoor oven, and ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meats, breads, and other dishes in the tandoor oven.
• Marinate meats and vegetables according to established recipes.
• Monitor the tandoor oven temperature and adjust as needed.
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and texture.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Cook or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of tandoor oven techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
