The Tandoor Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes, including kebabs, naan, and grilled items, ensuring they meet the company's high standards for taste, quality, and presentation. The role requires expertise in handling tandoor ovens, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety regulations. The chef will collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service, manage inventory for tandoor-related ingredients, and train junior staff. Prior experience in tandoor cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential
