• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including kebabs, naan, and tikkas, ensuring high quality and flavor.
• Maintain and operate the tandoor oven, ensuring its cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Monitor inventory of tandoori ingredients and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Innovate and introduce new tandoori recipes as per customer preferences and trends.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service hours.
• Train junior staff on tandoori cooking techniques as required.
