Candidate is expected to interact with existing customers to process their repeat orders and follow up with production team until order is fulfilled. Candidate is expected to help customers with inbound enquiries decide among product options and process the orders. Candidate is expected to be well versed with excel / google sheets as order related data is managed through spreadsheets. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 22,000.00 - 24,500.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment
