We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tamil Teacher to join our school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Tamil (MA) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) with at least 5 years of teaching experience. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing a high-quality education and fostering a love for the Tamil language and literature among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Tamil language and literature lessons.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs.
• Assess and document students' progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to support student learning.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Manage classroom behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
• Stay updated with developments in Tamil language education and integrate relevant practices into teaching.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Tamil (MA).
• Bachelor of Education (BEd).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tamil Teacher.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and teaching best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
