Position: Tally Trainer
Location: Rajahmundry
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Tally Trainer will be responsible for teaching and training students, professionals, and corporate clients in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime software. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Tally's accounting, invoicing, inventory, GST, and financial management features. The trainer will develop training materials, provide hands-on sessions, assess student progress, and ensure that participants gain the skills and confidence to use Tally software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct training sessions on Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, covering topics such as accounting, inventory management, taxation (GST), payroll, and financial reporting.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual training to individual learners, groups, and corporate clients.
• Provide practical, hands-on exercises and real-world examples to demonstrate Tally's features and capabilities.
• Customize training content based on the skill level and specific needs of the participants (e.g., beginners, intermediate, advanced).
• Curriculum Development:
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including course content, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Regularly review and enhance the course curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest Tally updates and industry requirements.
• Create instructional videos, user guides, and other resources to support learners in mastering the software.
• Student Support and Mentorship:
• Offer one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who may need additional support during or after the training sessions.
• Encourage student participation, answer questions, and provide feedback to improve their understanding of Tally.
• Track student progress, assess their learning outcomes through assignments and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Assessment and Certification:
• Design and conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to evaluate the learners' understanding of the software.
• Provide students with feedback on their performance and guide them on areas for improvement.
• Certify students upon successful completion of the training program.
• Technical Support:
• Assist students with any technical issues related to Tally software during training sessions.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve basic software-related problems.
• Ensure all participants have access to necessary tools and resources during training (e.g., licenses, Tally access, computers).
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates to Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, and industry trends related to accounting and finance.
• Participate in internal training and development programs to improve teaching techniques and software knowledge.
• Gather feedback from students and improve training sessions based on their input.
• Workshops and Corporate Training:
• Organize and lead specialized workshops or corporate training programs focused on specific aspects of Tally, such as GST, payroll, or advanced reporting.
• Work with corporate clients to assess their needs and provide customized training programs to improve team proficiency in Tally.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Tally (Tally Certified Trainer) or equivalent professional certification in accounting software is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 0-1 year of hands-on experience using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime in a professional capacity.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, GST, inventory management, and financial reporting is a must.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, including accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting features.
• Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for training and reporting purposes.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic Tally-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
