Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tally Certified Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, both in - person and online, to individuals or groups, covering various aspects of Tally Prime software. Your role will also involve developing and deliver engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and demonstrations to ensure effective learning and comprehension.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Tally ERP software, covering basic to advanced concepts.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
• Assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during practical sessions.
• Monitor trainee performance and progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Tally ERP software.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tally Trainer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally ERP software, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
