As a Telemarketing Executive at Tally, you will play a key role in reaching out to prospective clients, promoting Tally's products, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Your focus will be to understand customer needs, present relevant Tally solutions, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to qualified leads to promote Tally's software products.
• Present Tally's features, benefits, and value proposition in a compelling way.
• Identify and qualify sales-ready leads based on criteria established by Tally's sales team.
• Set up appointments or transfer high-potential leads to field sales teams.
• Engage with prospects and build relationships to gain insights into their needs.
• Respond to queries, overcome objections, and tailor the product pitch to meet customer requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
• Track and report on personal performance metrics, including call volume and sales conversions.
• Update Tally's CRM with call outcomes, customer information, and relevant details.
• Stay up-to-date with Tally products, services, and promotions.
• Use in-depth product knowledge to answer questions and effectively address customer concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education : Bcom Degree is mostly preferable
• Experience : 1+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts simply and persuasively.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of handling a high call volume.
