Position Overview:
The Tally Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in customizing Tally solutions according to customer requirements. They are responsible for coordinating between customers and developers to ensure the successful execution of Tally projects. Additionally, they oversee testing processes to ensure that all customization features function correctly before delivering the solution to the customer. Moreover, they provide training to end-users on the implemented Tally solutions. Responsibilities: Customize Tally solutions according to customer specifications and requirements.
Coordinate effectively between customers and developers throughout the implementation process.
Manage Tally projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
Conduct thorough testing of customized features within Tally to ensure functionality and reliability.
Provide comprehensive training to end-users on the implemented Tally solutions.
Collaborate with the development team to address any technical issues or challenges encountered during implementation.
Maintain documentation related to customization, project progress, and training materials.
Stay updated with the latest Tally features, updates, and best practices to enhance implementation processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries or concerns related to Tally implementation. Qualifications: Age 20-24
Minimum qualification of completing Tally certification.
Graduation from a commerce background is required.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
