•Role Overview:•
The Tally Backend Operator is responsible for managing and processing financial data using Tally software. This role involves maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Data Entry:• Enter financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into Tally software with accuracy.
2. •Record Maintenance:• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
3. •Reconciliation:• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.
4. •Data Analysis:• Assist in analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. •Compliance:• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
6. •System Updates:• Regularly update and back up Tally software and ensure its optimal performance.
