Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Identification:
• Research and network to identify potential ultra HNI Indians in Dubai.
• Appointment Setting:
• Contact ultra HNI Indians via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
• CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of scheduled appointments.
• Follow-Up:
• Confirm appointments with prospects, address any queries or concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Strategy Evaluation:
• Continuously evaluate and improve appointment setting strategies to maximize success rates.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Proven experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably in the luxury real estate or financial services industry.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with ultra HNI Indians.
• Organizational Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• Market Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Dubai's ultra HNI Indian market and networking channels is a plus.
