Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Amazon Web Services particularly in Amazon DynamoDB Amazon APIGateway Amazon CloudWatch Amazon S3 Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda. The role requires expertise in contact center domain and will operate in a hybrid work model with day shifts. This position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Amazon Web Services technologies.
• Implement and manage Amazon DynamoDB for database solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Utilize Amazon APIGateway to create publish maintain monitor and secure APIs at any scale.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Amazon CloudWatch.
• Manage and store data securely using Amazon S3.
• Integrate Amazon Connect to enhance contact center solutions and improve customer interactions.
• Develop conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex for seamless customer service experiences.
• Create and manage serverless applications with AWS Lambda to ensure efficient execution of code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement contact center solutions.
• Ensure all developed solutions are aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on AWS technologies.
• Demonstrate extensive experience with Amazon DynamoDB Amazon APIGateway Amazon CloudWatch Amazon S3 Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda.
• Have a strong background in the contact center domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient applications.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
