Recruitment:
Adherence to Recruitment Guidelines
Overview the sourcing of the profiles available from the recruiter in adherence to
the requirement-Raise a flag in case of an on-adherence to SOP.
Work with the recruitment team in Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews in
case Hiring managers are rejecting candidates talking to them and problem
solving.
Ensure that the hiring should be within budget and parity.
Induction & Onboarding:
Ensure to follow Pre-onboarding, Onboarding & Induction process for New joiners
Joining Formalities & Documentation.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Preparing End to End Attendance & leave for permanent, contract & casual
employees, including Overtime & other statutory compliances.
Escalate issues of absenteeism, late marks, half days or any irregularities to
Seniors (HR Manager, HOD, BU Head etc.) for appropriate action as per the
protocol.
Ensure information on stop payment etc for employee absconding from work /
escalations concerning employee indiscipline or Misconduct matters.
Grievance Handling:
Responding to the tickets raised in HRIS system within the timelines
Employee Engagement Calendar:
Create and submit HR Calendar ( Employee Engagement) for business unit
Plan and execution events as per Calendar
Compliances, Audit and Record Management, HRMS - Data Maintenance MIS &
Reporting & Payroll:
Employee life cycle management in HRMS & proper documentation in place
Manage BU JDs & structure
Internal/External Audits
Documentation and records management
Payroll Input
Medical Insurance Data management.
Process and SOP:
Ensuring HR SOP is adhered to in all processes
Exit Formalities:
Ensure correct Full and final settlement inputs are sent;
Follow up and ensure recovery of any type is made
Full and final settlement to be issued to staff.
Confirmation Process:
Probation Confirmation- timely process on HRIS.
Increment Process:
Prepare an increment sheet and share with the leaders for the recommendation.
Once recommendation is done work closely with TSL to close final increments.
Prepare the salary break ups and roll out the increment letters in a timely manner.
MIS:
Maintaining & updating MIS report regularly.
Other Projects
Planning & Implementing R&R program for respective BU:
Attrition Management
Work on Annual Appraisal process for respective BU as per Year ending process.
Rev & Dev:
Prepare matrix of each individual and ensure it to be signed off by RM & HOD
Check the survey report and remind everyone to get 100% responses.
Once a report is made, cross check the report with the data.
Note:- Salary will totally depend on Overall Experience, Last drawn ctc and interview performance.
