The vision is to continuously push the boundaries of innovation, improve patient outcomes and put the patients and care givers at the center of every innovation that we pursue.About the RoleThis is a 1-year contract positionSenior Talent Sourcing PartnerThe primary role of Talent Acquisition function is to collaborate and partner with business managers as well as People business partners to attract and hire the best, most suitable talent to meet strategic as well as operational needs of the business. Key deliverables include managing the talent acquisition process throughout the job lifecycle from role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer making and reference check of prospective employees.Let's talk about the team and you:Do you love talent sourcing? You will join an awesome global Talent Acquisition team and will be part of our Global Talent Sourcing team that is focusing on identifying and matching external talent with the right opportunities at ResMed and on bringing valuable talent insights to the organisation.In this role you should be fully committed to driving diverse pipelines and actively sourcing candidates from different backgrounds and experiences to help us build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our patients.Lets talk about Responsibilities:Build pipelines of candidates for commonly hired technology roles.Use advanced sourcing techniques to find tech talent that other Sourcers and Recruiters overlookPartner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Strategic People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers across the business. Work closely with them to have a deeper understanding of the requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organizationWork closely with the TA Partners to ensure a seamless experience for Managers and CandidatesUtilizing a range of techniques and assessments to provide high-quality shortlist of candidates to the business.Track pipeline activity to share insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners.Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general workforce planning needs, and current vacancies.Recommend and drive process improvements that impact sourcing/pipeline effectiveness.Be our resident sourcing evangelist, guide wider TA team on latest sourcing techniques.Drive a culture of exceptional candidate care throughout the sourcing process.Actively sharing content across all social channels to build employer brand awareness.Lets talk about Qualifications and Experience:4+ years of Prior experience in Talent sourcing or Talent Acquisition Partner rolesProven experience sourcing Technology, Engineering or Digital space.Experience with creative talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.Must have advanced talent sourcing experience, x-ray searching, Boolean strings, prior use of sourcing toolsInterview skills with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities.Previous experience building diverse talent pipelines.Joining us is more than saying yes to making the world a healthier place.
