• Search for and connect with potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates by engaging with them regularly and keeping them informed about exciting opportunities at Omnicell.
• Create and manage a pipeline of talented individuals aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and the type of candidates we're looking for.
• Learn to conduct initial screenings to understand candidate fit based on qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Work with our recruitment marketing team to promote Omnicell as a top employer and share our mission.
• Help track and report on the health of our talent pipeline, including candidate engagement and progress.

What We're Looking For

• 0-1 years of work experience in any role that involves engaging with people (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality, or internships).
• A passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for making others feel comfortable.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media, or job boards is a bonus, but we'll teach you everything you need to know.
