The HR team in Invesco serves as a trusted advisor for Invesco leadership and partners with other functions to lead the transformational agendas.
We demonstrate broad and strategic experience to identify human capital related trends and offer solutions that drive business success. The team ensures perfect execution of all human capital activities for the Hyderabad employee base, ensuring global consistency while acknowledging local nuances as required by law or regulations.
Your Role
Hyderabad 2.0 is a transformation program with the purpose of better leveraging talent within India to further strengthen Invesco\xe2\x80\x99s global operating platform. The Talent Management Workstream is essential to a successful transformation in that it delivers and executes a talent acquisition and talent management strategy. The Hyderabad 2.0 Talent Partner will develop both strategies as well as put the necessary HR and Talent structures into place to enable the strategy. These structures include a skills framework and career paths.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Develop and manage program plan for Talent Workstream including the identification of interdependencies with other workstreams, management of issues and status reporting. Develop detailed project plan.
Consolidate current state data and identify key insights to be leveraged as part of the talent strategy. Identify additional data needed for a talent strategy.
In partnership with Talent Acquisition, develop the talent strategy for Hyderabad. The strategy will include the approach to talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion as well as talent management including areas such as development, workforce planning, and career paths.
Develop Skills Framework to be applied to Hyderabad roles aligned to broader organization skill efforts and working with global HR colleagues as appropriate. Define approach to use in developing skills framework.
Run pilot to set up a skills framework using Investment team. Identify skills required for both business and knowledge roles within Investments, validate these skills with leaders. Create documentation of framework and how it will work.
Develop career path approach for Hyderabad. Develop and implement approach for career paths for Hyderabad. Validate approach with key stakeholders.
Work closely with global stakeholders with HR as well as business areas represented in Hyderabad. Need to ensure stakeholder buy in as well as alignment with global approaches.
Identify long term develop plans and programs for Hyderabad based on the talent strategy.
Design and implement strategies and solutions that develop, maximize the potential & performance of, and retention of talent.
Develop long term roadmap to build out all talent components beyond a pilot. Align roadmap with other workstreams as well as global talent initiatives.
Identify quick wins that can be deployed to Hyderabad talent. Work with other talent resources to ensure programs are aligned and consistent with ongoing global talent initiatives.
The Experience You Bring:
Experience as a talent consultant, partnering HR and business stakeholders with the development of talent plans
Experience designing and implementing bespoke development solutions; ideally face-to-face and virtual solutions
Project management experience
Experience working in a complex matrix organisation
Facilitation and Coaching experience
Working knowledge and understanding of current Talent and Organizational
Development methodologies and best practices
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of personal, team, management and leadership development models and theories preferred
Diversity and Inclusion
Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree or masters in a related field (e.g. HR, psychology, organisation behaviour, coaching) preferred (but not essential if the individual has equivalent professional work experience)
Relevant professional qualifications such as CIPD, TAP or other learning & development professional qualification would be an advantage
Psychometric accreditations would be an advantage eg MBTI, DiSC, Hogan
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
