:POSITION SUMMARYAs a Talent & Organization Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to develop and retain talented individuals for the India business and the Integrated Hub in Pune. You will be the custodian for all talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, people/talent review processes, manager effectiveness and program management for early career/campus programs.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage talent processes (performance, goal setting, succession planning, people review) throughout the year to drive our high-performance culture within the country.
  • Develop deep understanding of key talent within the organization; facilitate talent sharing efforts across organizations to fill critical roles and create talent development opportunities.
  • Drive and execute succession planning within the organization, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions. Be the custodian for developmental interventions/actions for key talent cohorts such as top talent, managerial talent
  • Own and manage early career/campus programs including design and management of internship and graduate trainee programs. Create onboarding and development programs for early career hires.
  • Identify organizational and talent development needs and develop programs to address those needs (in partnership with HR Business Partners)
  • Support development, implementation and management of career progression and skill-based models (in partnership with HR Business Partners)
  • Build trust with leaders across the organization to foster and enable leaders to constantly develop their talent pipeline
  • Key member of local talent pipeline program committees that ensures each program is effective in building a strong pipeline within Vertiv
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Full-time Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources preferably as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management specialist
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
  • 10-20% local travel
