Relocation Assistance Available: YesPrimary Purpose of the Position : Partner and support client facing HR Associates and HR director to deploy all talent related deliverables within the region. Actively lead D&I initiatives within the region and support deployment across clusters. Strive to continuously gain deep expertise in the field of talent management and serve as an internal talent advisor to customers and stakeholders.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitieIntegrated PDP & Succession Management StrategyDevelop & execute an integrated PDP & Talent Planning strategy in partnership with Regional Talent Director i.e.Build and execute an annual capability plan to upskill Associate, Managers and HR for PDP & Talent Planning Process across countryDevise & execute a comms & change management plan to drive timely completion and quality conversationsLeverage data and analytics to drive outcomesD&I Regional LeadLead & deploy D&I initiatives within the region in partnership with Regional & Global D&I COEPartner with HRBPs/HRD to build awareness of such initiativesManage communication and change managementEnsure all D&I initiaitves are clearly linked (or where ever possible) to existing talent management processes and programsSupport the expansion, development and on-going engagement of ERGs in the country. Leverage best practices from AP and Global teams and deploy within IndiaOrganization DevelopmentEngagement - Partner with HR Director and HRBPs to support India level engagement initiativesStrategic Talent Initiatives - Through clear comms and engagement plan support deployment of specific talent management projects e.g. KeepersSystems & DashboardsBuild expertise in TM systems such as GTMS, Tableau, Perceptyx etc.Leverage various talent platforms and data to inform talent strategy incl. talent dashboardGoodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
