Clario is seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist to join our global talent development team on a fixed-term contract at our Bangalore location. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver impactful, interactive training sessions in areas such as communication, customer service, leadership, and more. You will be instrumental in enhancing the skills of Clario employees worldwide through both in-person and virtual training programs. If you are passionate about fostering talent and driving employee development, we want you on our team!What we offer6 month fixed term contract + possible extensionsCompetitive compensationEngaging employee programsTechnology for hybrid working and great onsite facilitiesWhat you will be doingThe Talent Management Specialist helps deliver annual processes as well as coordinates, develops and delivers interactive, impactful training in various areas including but not limited to communication, customer service, leadership, new hire orientation and other soft skills courses. The Talent Management and Development team provides in-person and virtual training and coaching to Clario employees located across all locations.Develop Communications and Plans for Annual ProcessesTest Annual ProcessesReport on data points from processes and trainingParticipate in the design, delivery, coordination and measurement of development events and training programsLead instructional design projects that align with the business goals and drive resultsDevelop training materials, including participant guides, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, job aides, and e-learning materialsResearch and identify innovative training content and methods to employ creative interactive classroom and webinar design strategiesCollaborate with external vendors to support learning curriculumConsult with others to develop constructive learning interventions and individual development planningConsistently seek to approve learning methods and materialsUse data to continually evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and programsConduct needs assessments and surveys to help prioritize organizational actions around talent developmentUtilize effective time management, organizational and project management skills to coordinate events and programsDelivers instructor led, blended, group facilitation & remote sessionsSupport implementation and tracking of new talent management and LMS technologiesWhat we look forBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree a plus.3+ years of work experience in designing, developing and/or delivering learning for multiple modalitiesPractical experience consulting with business partners to identify needs and develop innovative solutionsKnowledge of instructional theories, adult learning, knowledge management in virtual and classroom environmentsMust be able to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines & thrive with ambiguityProgram management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and managing changeStrong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing to audiences at all levels of leadershipAdvanced skills in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of survey assessment and evaluation toolsSignificant knowledge and experience in organizational development, change management and excellent project management skillsAnticipates, recognizes, and clearly defines problems using various techniques in order to propose solutionsAchieves results in the face of challenge and obstaclesContracts and collaborates with business leaders and collaborate with HR partners in a fast-paced, complex business environment to develop the best solutionsProven track record of implementing programs that are aligned to the business strategyAt Clario, we put people first, always.
