Position Title: Intern - Talent Performance Management, People Analytics, L&D, Information SpecialistsLocation: NungambakkamJob Type: Internship:The Intern in Talent Performance Management, People Analytics, Learning & Development (L&D), and Information Specialists will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to talent management, data analysis, learning initiatives, and information management within the organization. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Talent Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent performance management processes and initiatives.
- Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews, analysing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure alignment with performance objectives and goals.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key insights to stakeholders.
- Support the HR team in leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize talent management strategies.
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Support the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness and participant feedback.
- Assist in managing and organizing internal knowledge repositories and information resources.
- Support the development and maintenance of information management systems and databases.
- Assist in retrieving, synthesizing, and disseminating relevant information to stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent management, data analysis, learning & development, and information management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
