The person should be well versed in integration concepts such as transport (FTP, Web, UCM...) , transformations and monitoring.Required Technical Skills:\xc2\xb7 Core HR\xc2\xb7 HCM Extracts\xc2\xb7 BIP\xc2\xb7 REST/SOAP API\'s\xc2\xb7 Fast Formulas\xc2\xb7 Transaction Design Studio CustomizationsRequired Skills (Must Have) along with necessary Technical Skills:\xc2\xb7 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Integrations.\xc2\xb7 Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM.\xc2\xb7 Experience of working through Agile methodology\xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs\xc2\xb7 Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Experience in stakeholder management.\xc2\xb7 Have strong collaborative mindset.Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Support all Interfaces from/to Fusion HCM working with all concerned parties and systems to provide seamless and reliable experience to consumers.\xc2\xb7 Be open to work across teams in the HR Systems space. participate in CHRs and developments of new interfaces.\xc2\xb7 This position will also be the SPOC for interface support and will be required to work closely with Middleware team for effective support.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science, B.Tech/BE in Computer Enginering is preferred.
