Understanding needs of agencies in terms of scope, skills, timeframe etc. and translating it to deployment/staffing plans.
Tracking and managing the deployment, availability, and offboarding of our talent.
Acting as our go-to-person for OGD staff/deployment related matters.
Fostering a transparent culture for the continuous improvement of operations and talent experience.
Onboarding: 20%
Supporting preboarding and onboarding efforts and logistics in partnership with the Talent Operations Director and India People & Culture teams.
Serving as a point of contact for agencies, addressing their questions and concerns on all aspects of the onboarding process.
Collaborating with HR, onshore hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Monitoring the progress of new hires, identifying any challenges, and providing support as needed.
Performance Management: 20%
Collaborating with People & Culture teams to ensure a smooth annual performance review process.
Facilitating employee performance check-in meetings, along with condition of satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Regularly checking in with onshore managers to discuss areas of improvement and monitoring progress and goals.
You will be closely working with our global marketing agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with Manager and colleagues within the Data Operations & Reporting function. Qualifications: This may be the right role for you, if you have
May have previous agency experience, 8+ years preferred but not essential. Attitude and passion are more important for this role.
Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner.
May have previous learning and development and/or performance management experience.
