Job Description


Your Role Talent management Role:- Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process for critical and high-profile positions.
  • Build relationships with universities and colleges to attract talent and enhance employer branding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates.
Performance & Talent Management:
  • Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and provide coaching to employees. Support the local HR team by developing talent KPI?s and follow up with activities to improve
  • Create a L&D culture of collaboration and sharing, foster cooperation and exchange by running L&D activities that allow talents to network and create a pool of talents ready for promotion
  • Building up a talent pool based on the annual talent review process after alignment with local HR team and activley work on idividual development plans with the talents, managers and HRBP.
Employee Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Create and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Coordinate Learning events, drive career pathing conversations and design development programs catering to groups of Early Careers, High Potentials as well as High performers
  • Support the conception and realisation of a domestic graduate programs, supporting Early Career.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Make use of common practices from Atlas Copco Group, the Vacuum Technique Business Area and the General Vacuum Divisions to develop and retain local talents
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and assist the HRBP to make decisions.
L&D Business Partnering:
  • Act as a Partner to HRBP & BLM
