\xc3\x98Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, and ensure an atmosphere of participative management.

\xc3\x98Assist the Talent & Culture team to plan, manage, coordinate and participate in personnel activities of all the departments in areas of

- Performance Management System
- Employee Relations
- Talent & Culture Initiatives
\xc3\x98Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
Qualifications
\xc3\x98Excellent verbal and written
communication; analytical and
reasoning skills; well versed with
problem solving techniques.
\xc3\x98Strong operational and organizational skills.
\xc3\x98Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience with 1 year in similar role
\xc3\x98Strong people relationship management skills.
\xc3\x98Thinks out of the box.
\xc3\x98Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
\xc3\x98Dynamic and result oriented
