The role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role is based in Gurgaon/Pune.
The opportunity• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles, and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Identify and leverage sourcing channels (job portals, HRBP/CHRM partnerships) while building talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates using assessment tools to ensure skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, recommend candidates, and partner with HRBP/C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers compliant with policies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records in Workday and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Promote the employer brand across platforms and ensure all hiring processes and documentation comply with internal policies and employment regulations.
What you'll need to succeed• A graduate degree or an MBA in HR is required.
• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Proficiency in HR software/ ATS (e.g., Workday/ Taleo/ Success factors, etc) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
