Job Description


  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for sales positions within the real estate sector, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, real estate networking events, and referrals, to attract top sales talent.
  • Sales Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future real estate sales roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs for sales roles and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit, leading the interview process for mid to senior-level sales positions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate and present competitive job offers to selected candidates.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to refine hiring strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and provide updates to senior management.
