Urgent Hiring For Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Executive||Internship Duration :- 6 Months

Profile:- Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Executive
Company Location:- Tilak Nagar (just walk from metro tilak nagar)
Internship Duration :- 6 Months
Stipend :- 8,000 /monthworking days:- Monday to saturday (sunday weekly off)
shift timing 10 am to 6.30pm. (work from office only)

About the internship

1. Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, and coordinating and scheduling interviews.
2. Source top-quality candidates from various job portals like Linkedin, Instahyre, Angelist, etc.
3. Assist in sourcing, and screening resumes
4. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with any interview issues
5. Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through different methodologies
6. Assist in HR data analytics and report generation

Recruitment knowledge

English Proficiency (Spoken)English Proficiency (Written)

MS-Excel

Earn certifications in these skills- Talent acquisition and human resource
