Job description :

• Source and screen resumes based on specific job requirements
• Shortlist qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling
• Facilitate feedback exchange
• Guide shortlisted candidates through the Onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
• Track and monitor candidate progress towards joining the company
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage high-volume hiring initiatives
