We are looking for enthusiastic MBA Trainees specializing in HR for our Train-Hire-Deploy (THD) Model. This program offers comprehensive training in Recruitment, Payroll, Legal Compliance, Labor Laws, and Core HR Operations. Trainees will receive full-time assistance while gaining practical internship exposure, with the potential to transition into full-time roles post-training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment:

Understand and participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

- Payroll Management:

Learn about payroll processing, handling employee benefits, and ensuring accurate salary disbursement.

- Legal Compliance & Labor Laws:

Get hands-on training on key labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR legal frameworks.

- HR Operations:

Assist with day-to-day HR functions like employee data management, policy updates, and HR documentation.

- Internship Exposure:

Work on live HR projects with full-time guidance from senior HR professionals.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM with a focus on Human Resources (fresh graduates or final semester students).

- Strong interest in Recruitment, Payroll, Legal Compliance, and Labor Law.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings.
