Innovative Sourcing: Utilize advanced headhunting methodologies and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent for diverse roles.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Strategic Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers as a recruitment partner, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and strategic hiring initiatives.
Regional Expertise: Develop tailored recruitment strategies for hiring in India, Saudi Arabia, and Riyadh, leveraging your regional experience and knowledge.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve recruitment challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the market.
Self-Starter: Operate independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive recruitment projects to successful completion.
Interpersonal Skills: Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
Qualifications: What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
Experience: 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a mix of in-house recruitment and recruitment agency experience.
Headhunting Skills: Strong expertise in headhunting and proactive talent sourcing methodologies.
Regional Hiring Knowledge: Proven experience in recruiting within India, Saudi Arabia, and Riyadh.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems resourcefully, and take ownership of projects. Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision. Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with diverse groups.
