As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support Enghouse Systems\' dynamic needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and devise tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with skilled professionals across various disciplines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. You will primarily oversee recruitment efforts for the APAC region and contribute to global hiring initiatives as needed.Responsibilities:

• Create and manage job postings on BambooHR, our applicant tracking system.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to offer negotiations.
• Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct background checks and coordinate reference checks for candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Improve key metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, candidate experience, and diversity hiring, managing 10-15 requisitions simultaneously.
• Utilize metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives.
• Manage social media and email campaigns to enhance employer brand awareness.
• Effectively use the organizations global ATS to support future recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment as an in-house recruiter
• 4+ years of experience managing both technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience working as an in-house recruiter is a must
• Experience with recruitment in the APAC region.
• Experience working with a start-up or a Tech organization required
• Experience managing 10-15 requisitions at any given point of time
• Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using various channels and technology tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and determination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Can be located anywhere in India
• Legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship
