Responsibilities:- 1.Collate,Analyse, discuss all the manpower requirements with the concerned clients. 2.Follow up for detailed job descriptions against each requirement received. 3. Study and formulate hiring strategy as per timelines. 4.Value add and guide the team towards sources of recruitment and communication and follow up with candidates. 5. Prepare Analytics on Recruitment and Selection like Recruitment tracker, Candidates demographics. 6.Coordinate with client and team for timely interviews. 7. Salary negotiation with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely offer is released. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field - Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques - Customer Service and sales skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Well-organized - Ability to make reasonable decisions - Knowledge/Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software - Excellent with prioritization and time-management - Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
