What you will be doing:

Ensuring positive end to end candidate experiences from first contact to offer
Source top talent (primarily technical) through multiple sourcing tools
Schedule, coordinate and facilitate virtual interviews via Teams
Enter applications and interview notes into the applicant tracking system
Manage and keep all job postings current
Help prepare offer letters
Post positions and research new job post opportunities
Pre-screen candidates via phone
Manage additional projects and duties as needed for People and Talent Acquisition Teams

What you'll bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in a technical environment (Think Security Engineers, DevOps, Platform Architects)
At least 1 year of experience in a candidate facing role required
Self-starter who understands executing with urgency, and the ability to work
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.
Past experience with ATS required (we use Breezy!)
