Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Post job descriptions on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and career pages.
• Must have IT and Telecom Hiring experience.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with employer branding.
• Proficiency in recruitment through various hiring portals.
• Strong negotiation skills.
