We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet our organization's growing needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels to source potential candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in technical recruiting or within IT Industry and BPO
